When I embed a form created with Gravity Forms, which is claimed to work with this plugin, that contains Gravity Forms conditional logic to show/hide fields based on user input, the form is not rendered at all. The popup displays as just a thin, empty box with the Close button. If I remove the conditional logic from the Gravity Form then the form renders properly again. It appears this is because the some of the javascript being used by the conditional logic is not being executed. See https://docs.gravityforms.com/common-issues/. I have no theme/plugin conflicts and wp_footer() is being called.

    What’s the fix for this?
