• Hi,

We currently have our Gravity Forms set up so once filled out, the data is automatically sent to an external database. So we can instantly view them on our intranet system.

This was set but by an outside company, but we’ve had issues so would like to move it in house.

I know it is possible to add custom code to the forms/site so they do this (As that’s what is set up), but my question is how difficult is it to set up if we were to do it ourselves? I hope that makes sense.

    Many thanks

Please ask this question in the Gravity Forms Forum:
    https://www.gravityforms.com/support/

Since Gravity Forms is not a free plugin, you can’t find assistance for it on this Forum (which is intended for things related to developing with WordPress, not with Plugins).

As for “how difficult this is”, I would say level 1 out of 10 for a developer, and level 8 for a non-developer.
Gravity Forms API is pretty nice, but you need some understanding of PHP to use it successfully.

    Thanks!
