Gravity Forms Appointment Field – Appointment Field Not Showing

Hello,

I found the problem in Gravity Forms Appointment Field, I set up based on this documentations https://simplyscheduleappointments.com/guides/gravity-forms-appointment-field/, all plugin already installed and already setup Wizard in SSA.
but when I want to add an Appointment field to the form I can’t find Advanced Field Appointment.
