Gravity Forms and WooCommerce

Has anyone implemented Gravity Forms on their site?
I was just about to purchase it, thinking it was only $99, but after further research, it looks like you have to first buy the $99 gravity forms plugin, then buy the $99 woocommerce extension.
Is that right? If that’s the case, I may have to go another route.
I just need to ability to create product forms with conditional logic pricing…
