    Hi
    Any one had issue like this with WooCommerce Extension Gravity Forms

    I create a form where user will sign for certain event and when form is ready and i click add to a cart
    I get 404 error rather then return to an order page with notice at the top that item have been add to a cart..

    Can any one provide assistance please.

    I have 2 forms one work fine the other getting error 404 page not found..
    It got to be a reason I can figured-out…..
