Gravity Forms 2.5 Not Sending New Entry Confirmation

    We have a Gravity Form (2.5) on our site that has been set up since August, but has stopped sending the auto response that an entry was made in the last month. Anyone filling out the form on our site receives their auto response as normal, it is specifically the admin auto response that has stopped sending. There were no settings altered prior to this. The only setting that has been altered POST the forms not sending was trying to update the “from” email to one within our domain. Is there something wrong with this tool? What are the options for resolving this? I am unable to find any other chat function to get assistance with this so any help would be appreciated.

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.gravityforms.com/open-support-ticket/

    Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
