Gravity form won't redirect upon submit

I have a gravity form embedded in my pop up form on this page:
https://www.sizeslim.com/free/
The form is set to redirect to another page upon submission. When I enter the information and click submit, I get nothing but a spinning wheel.
I am showing no JS errors in the console.
Any ideas?
