Gravity form Submissions Not Making it to Hubspot

  • Occasionally and seemingly at random, submissions to our gravity forms will not sync into Hubspot. Not receiving any error notifications and nothing appears amiss with the oAuth Authentication. It stops and starts working on its own.

    Hey jkenler,

    Have you checked the debug log for our plugin? I would suggest enabling the debug log by setting this in your wp-config.php:

    define('GF_HUBSPOT_DEBUG', true);

    This will start a log file in wp-content/uploads/

    This is very curious. I will look to see if I can replicate it, but perhaps your debug log will reveal something in the longer run.

    Hello, I am seeing this same problem and have enabled logging.

    New entries are not making it in and I’m seeing an error:

    No clear idea why this is failing. Using API authentication. There’s few longer lines in the logfile which is posted here in entirety: https://powerhat.com/hubspt.html

    Any word on this? We are also having an issue.

    Jann and Trey,

    I’ll look into this. However, it’s likely that HubSpot is starting to drop API handling in favor of oAuth. I will be dropping API in newer versions as well.

    Jann, are you using API Authentication as well?

    We are using the oAuth already.
