With the MailPoet field in our Gravity Form, we collect people’s permission to opt in on specific mailing lists.

We have about 8 MailPoet lists. Most of the time, we only need 1 or 2 Mailpoet lists in the form.

So we select only those lists.

This works most of the time, but not with people who are already on that list.

When someone who is already on that list fills in the form and checks the box(es), WordPress crashes.

What we notice (as a visitor) is a blank page with prompt from Health & Troubleshoot Plugin that Recovery Mode is enabled.

We’d love you to help us with this. Still after extensive testing, we can’t figure it out ourselves.

Hope to hear from you, thanks – and thank you for the great work

    Hello there @tombekistan

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When WordPress crashes, there’s usually an email with the specific error log sent to your email. Can you send us a screenshot of this error so we can understand better what might be causing this?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Have a great day!

Hi, I should have let you know, but it has already been solved. The MailPoet add-on caused the website to crash. I removed it and installed MailOptin, everything works fine right now! Thanks.
