Gravatars in applications' page

Hello,

I am trying to create a recruitment website for a company, I use WordPress with “Job Manager” plugin , my problem is that I want the applicant’s gravatar to be visible in applications’ page but all I can do for now is to have a download link on this page, just as for the CV (a normal file).

I thought I must write html code in the field (Upload your photo) where the job seeker (applicant) will insert the picture, but I have no idea what is this code.

Please help me and thank you in advance ??
