    I’m so frustrated that it’s so difficult to get help for our www.remarpro.com site. The forums are NOT easy to comb through. The only answer that was even relevant to our experience did not help, because our situation is different. We want a gravatar for the company so that when people comment, we can respond with our gravatar.

    The one bit of help I found online let me use our gravatar for EVERYONE who was anonymous so I couldnt’ help with that either. That doesn’t help. How can we use our gravatar for only our comments on the blog?

    Gravatars are linked to email addresses, so if Bob’s email address is [email protected] then Bob can set a Gravatar to be assigned to [email protected]. Then, Bob’s Gravatar will appear anywhere that supports Gravatar when Bob comments using [email protected].

    If you want to use just one Gravatar for your company, I think the easiest way would be to choose which email address represents your company, set a Gravatar for that email address at https://en.gravatar.com/ and then have everyone use that email address when commenting.
