Gravatar not working

    Hi,

    It’s a built-in WordPress function, so there’s nothing in our plugin that could cause Gravatars not to show. Do they show elsewhere in your site?

    No, not on that site. What does the plugin look for in Gravatar to pull in the image. I’m wondering if I’ve set something up wrong but had not problems with the last site. I’m using the same Gravatar account and just added the new email address. Would that be the problem? do I have to set up a new Gravatar account perhaps? The site is https://www.organicnewz.com

    Gravatars “connect” via email addresses – so yes, the gravatar account needs to use the same email as the user account you want that to show up on.

    I’ve resolved the problem I think. I had to use the same email address as the other site. I assumed that by adding the new email to my Gravatar profile, it would pick up from that, but obviously not. I guess if I want to use the new email address in my user settings, I’d have to set up another Gravatar account.

    My gravatar had been working until yesterday. Now when I comment on someone else’s blog or click like on the person’s post, nothing shows up. What happened?
