Gravatar not showing in header

Hi there, could you please check the email address you have set up for your user account under Users > Your Profile, and double-check whether it matches the email you have set up for your Gravatar profile.

Yes, they match. I also tried reinstalling the theme, but to no avail :/

Would you mind confirming your Gravatar username – or provide a link to your Gravatar profile – so I can do some testing?

Hi there, could you please be sure your email address is spelled all in lowercase letters under Settings > General? (Your Gravatar is pulled from the email field there, and not the one in Users > Your Profile, as I mentioned earlier.)

I tried this on my test site and it works:

Thank you! I converted the address to lowercase letters and I selected Gravatar Logo as my Default Avatar, in Settings > Discussion.
