Gravatar image not showing

  • Hi All,

    I am new to this forum so forgive me if this has already been covered but i cant find any help for this.

    Basically i have installed a wordpress blog on a website I developed and set up hosting for. The blog is installed on this hosting, not wordpress own. I have added the “Gravatar” plugin to display info about the blog author in the sidebar. Gravatar works fine, picking up all users gravatars with there comments / posts but… The author details in the sidebar is not. It is just displaying the “default” image (grey man) and not the chosen authors gravatar. Is there something i have done wrong, here is a link “https://www.ajs-support.net/Blog”
