    Hi : )
In my settings discussion, I selected “mysterious man” icon, and wpdiscuz cache feature was enabled, it worked fine, however, today I wanted to change it to “random shapes” icons in wp, but if I enable the wpdiscuz cache, it is still showing me mysterious man icon, I also purged wpdiscuz cache and all caches. If I disable wpdiscuz cache, the avatars are random shapes but loading from gravatar.

Any tips if I missed something?

    Thanks

    Hi @repenter,

It seems there is some other plugin causes such a problem. Please deactivate plugins one by one and check after each deactivation.

Please keep the cache plugin deactivated during this testing process.

You were right about previous issue. However there is another one, maybe you can help:

I’m on guest mode and reading an article from an author. In the comment box which I want to comment, it shows the gravatar of the author.

I’m using only wp rocket cache and the issue exists even when I disable it.

However, after commenting, the unique gravatar will be assigned to me as a guest.

    Hi Amir,

Have you deactivated the plugins? This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with other plugins. To find the problem maker one, please deactivate them one by one and check after each deactivation.

    Thank you Amir,

I’m sorry, but this issue cannot be fixed by wpDiscuz side. You should contact the Ultimate member plugin support.
