Try this code in functions.php for your child theme. Alter ‘Ring for price’ to whatever you want.

Good, That works to put the message but people can’t add to the cart. Is there a way, customer can had product to the cart without the GRATUIT word writting there?

In my shop I can add a nil price product to the cart, it just works.

If you can’t, maybe you have a plugin that conflicts. Deactivate all other plugins. If the problem resolves, reactivate your plugins on-by-one to try to identify the one that’s causing the problem.

That page looks like the add-to-cart button has been turned off by your “WooCommerce Email Inquiry & Cart Options” plugin. I’m not familiar with it and it seems to have lots of options to check through.
