Graphy doesn't work well with other plugins using shortcodes

Hi,
first of all thanks for your theme, I really love it.

However at the moment I can not use it on my site because the posts in the home pade do not interpret shortcode correctly.

For example I use the Syntax highlither evolved plugin.

If I start a post with some text like:

Here is some code

[python]
def f():
print(“hello, world!”)
[/python]

<!–more–>

some more text

The post is displayed correctly when I go at the post page,
but on the home page all the part within the blockcode is skipped.

Similarly links are not created, and anything that requires somenthing that is not just text does not work on the homepage.

How can I fix this?
