Graphics distorted with follow plugin activated

I am using an elegant theme (Delicate News) and when I activate the Follow plug-in, the ET Tapped Widget that displays recent, popular and random posts becomes distorted.
Any ideas how to fix this? Otherwise, the follow widget implementation was great.
