Graphical setup not viewing on the screen on the Admin Dashboard

    I recently purchased a new theme. Clear Theme by Invent Group. I host my account at Go Daddy. Following the Invent instructions, which seem to be very complete, my screens are no showing the same graphical interface. Where there is graphics on their screen shots, I only have text. Same effect in both IE and FireFox.

  • I would ask the invent developer first, it sounds like you need to add the imagery you want, usually the demo themes have dummy content and images already added to show-off the theme, but the download you purchased usually, wont have any demo content..

    They do have demo content. It was like the third step – download the demo content. I just went back to that. It is still saying it is downloading. 0% after 2 hours.

    Is that the problem? The demo content isn’t downloading?

    i would assume so if its at 0%

    So demo content is required in order to view the graphical interface for setup in the Admin Dash panel?

    As this is a commercial theme, we cannot really help. You need to seek support from the theme vendors.

    It’s been settled. Sorry for the bother. Their support team finally got back to me. I missed a step in the install. There was a second zip file to unpack. User error!!!
