Graphical editor Title should be self-explanatory, not too big.

    Heading blocks no longer display correctly in the visual editor after my host upgraded my website to 6.4.2 (without notifying me). Instead, they look exactly like an unformatted paragraph.

    Furthermore, line breaks do not show up the way I would anticipate them to.

    Although the website itself still looks the same, these problems are limited to the visual block editor and make formatting pages more challenging.
