Graphene theme – Widgets & Footer don't appear

Hello – I recently created a wordpress site using the Graphene theme. Everything seemed to be working fine, however, recently, I’ve noticed that half of my sidebar widgets (which included a weather report, twitter “follow buttons” and some google ad sense ad’s) as well as my footer (containing links to my contact us, disclaimer and about us sections) do not appear. My graphene slider also only works half of the time. I have reinstalled the theme twice and made sure everything is up to date.

Once I checked everything was up to date, I decided to check back in the widgets section of the dashboard to try deleting some of the side bar widgets I added. This is where I found that none of the drop-down menus (where you drag widgets to) are working. Something is obviously wrong – I’m not sure what it is though.
