Graphene – Put Navigation in sidebar

    Is there a way to use the sidebar for navigation? I want static pages only, and I have 390 of them. I will need the top side and footer navigation and the side will need to be a pure CSS and javascript slide out menu navigation.

    Can this be done with Graphene or any other template? The site will have no blog, no posts, etc. I am only using WordPress at this time for the CMS value.
