• Hi,

There is an issue with the Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP)(which also uses charts) and with this plugin – when both are active one of the charts for one of the plugins fails with the error “You called the draw() method with the wrong type of data rather than a DataTable or DataView”.

Looking at other related failures it looks like you need to call the library for the function in a specific way to make sure it doesn’t conflict if two plugins are using the library on the same page. It isn’t clear if this plugin is doing that. I’ve cross-posted on the GADWP plugin page as well.

    Hi Andrew,

I just tried replicating the issue but I was unable to. Are you sure that you’re on the latest version of GADWP? If you are, what browser are you using and is the issue happening consistently for you?

Yes, we are using the latest version of both plugins.

The issue is not happening consistently – sometimes both graphs show, then after a refresh one will fail. A few refreshes usually does the trick. It isn’t always the same graph. We’ve replicated on two machines running Chrome (Version 62.0.3202.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)).

I just loaded up Microsoft Edge 41.16299.15.0 and it isn’t failing.

I will also say the two machines were logged in with two different admin accounts with different settings and such.
