Grant WP Dashboard Access

I created the role Order Filler on my website. Most permissions are blocked with the exception of modifying WooCommerce orders and reading WordPress.

What do I need to add permissions wise for this Order Filler role to get WordPress dashboard access so they can get to the WooCommerce > Orders section to fulfill orders.
