I wanted to test this plugin before purchase. Like others in the forum, I’m receiving a 404 error when attempting to grant permission. I’ve read the document: https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/woocommerce-authentication-error-404-not-found-missing-parameter-app-name/ which has been recommended.

In looking at the URL, I’ve found 14 instances of %2F and 2 instances of a %3A. How many of these should I replace with the forward slash? I’ve spent quite a bit of time replacing one at a time and pasting/refreshing the edited URL but each time I receive a new error

    Page Not Working
    HTTP ERROR 414

I’ve also researched and found the %3A should be replaced with the colon so a section like this %3A%2F%2F would be formatted as ://

I’ve only persisted in trying to get this to work because it’s on the WooCommerce website’s recommended product list. It looks like it might be a good fit if it works properly.

Hi @rosefields thanks for reaching out to us. By any chance… do you have the WPML plugin installed? We’ve seen that it has caused previous issues in the past.

I’m reaching out to you via email for more details.

Hi again @rosefields, could you send me an email to team [at] revenuehunt (dot) com with your store’s URL and a full page screenshot of the error you’re getting?

    Thanks in advance.
