• Hi, I have the latest version, but this problem also happens in (at least) 3.24.7 version.

?I made a header in Elementor using containers, they have a gradient background color that shows in the editor and in the preview of my theme (OceanWP free version) but when I see it from a smartphone it doesn’t have any background color (not even the menu that has a full background color, not a gradient).

I don′t have that problem with my old header made using the old method/sections, just when I want to use containers

    Hello,

This is how the header looks in PC using the old method (sections): https://imgur.com/FSocKLz

This is how it looks in PC if I use containers: https://imgur.com/6ZMAD1B (aside from the colors the size and align are also wrong)

The header is in all my site and I don’t have a different one for mobile (at present I am using the old header, made using sections, with the latest version of the plugin)

I did the landing page in Elementor with containers and that looks just fine (I don’t know if it is because I didn’t choose a background color or if it is for any other reason…)

    My page is: alberplast.com.ar

    HI there

    Thanks for contacting us

Upon inspecting the your site, I was not able to reproduce the issue with your header

Please refer to this screencast? ?I made to show you how it looks on my end.

May I ask has this issue been resolved from your end as well or is there something I am missing?

If you are still experiencing this issue, could you send us a short screencast, demonstrating this issue and how we can reproduce it on your site, this way we can have a better visual understanding and see if there is something I missed checking this from my end?

    Looking forward hearing from you,

    Kind regards,

Hello, sorry for the late reply.

The header looks good on live because I am using the old original header that works fine, not the new one made with containers.

I have the latest update and the header still isn’t working. If I look it with my account on it looks good but without logging in even if I clean the cache of my site (WP Rocket) and the navegator I can’t see the background color.

What should I show in the screencast? I never did one so I don’t know what to show.

    Regards,

    Hi @asm08,

Could you kindly share a screen recording demonstrating the issue you’re experiencing when using the header template with containers? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could show how the header was created using containers.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind regards,

Hello…for the life of me I couldn’t make it work with Loom so I uploaded it to Youtube.

    This are the links:

I don’t know why the quality was so poor so if you need a screenshot inspecting the elements please let me know and I will take a few
