grade on result sheet showing “F” for every score inputted on the score sheet

  • Hi Educare,

    the grade on my result sheet isn’t working properly despite configuring it to my choice. All the score on the result sheet is showing “F” on the grade table, below is the screenshot of what i mean

    and below is my grading settings on the plugin;

    please what could be the cause of this issue as i have try every possible means to resolve the issue but not successful, i will be expecting your response

    hi,

    Here is the possible solutions for your issue:

    1. make sure you have disable auto results system from Educare > Settings
    2. In the premium version. Each fields have auto and manual results options. So, if you are using premium version. Also check it out this individual fields.
    3. Make sure you have accurately add grading system marks terms in the Educare > Settings > Grading system

    Note:

    If none of these solutions resolve the issue, please try deactivating Educare, reinstalling it, and then reactivating it. Once reactivated, test it with the default settings and configuration.
    If the problem persists, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you further.
    before deactivate and remove Educare make sure Clear data is enabled in Educare Settings > Advance settings
