GrabPress Status Effective November 1, 2015

1. Will the videos go offline and we have to delete all videos?
2. Will you payout the monies owed? or should i consider your move to rhythmone.com? as a way to fleece publishers that worked hard to promote your product.
3. Do i have to apply on rhythmone.com or is my grab-press account going to be moved there?

1) At this time, existing videos should still function.
2) Payout will be made if the minimum payout requirement has been met and all tax information is updated in the system. To find out more about payment information, contact [email protected] with your user information and updated tax forms (W9 or W8 BEN-E).
3) If you would like to sign up to become a publisher for our services, you’ll need to contact [email protected] with the websites that you would like to run on.

Support never ever acknowledges my emails and i have sent my W9 3 TIMES in pdf attachment to [email protected], yet my account still has a “w9 missing” note in red and even though my minimum payout of $50.00 has been met for months i have NOT received a payment.

Our email address does not show a record of you ever sending an email. Please try emailing [email protected] without the attachment, perhaps it is being picked up by our spam filter, or from a different email address. I apologize for the issues you are having emailing us.

I resent the pdf via yahoo and gmail and received a confirmation of receipt on gmail from “adkarma.com.” whom I am assuming is affiliated with grab-media. Pdf was forwarded to accounting. Hope this is it finally. Thanks
