• When a map page is viewed on a small screen (i.e. a mobile phone) the export/download field is not shown.

    Actually, on mobile, what people will typically want is something that causes it to do “open with” so they can import the GPX (or whatever) file straight into their fitness app (or whatever).

    Hi @nhathaway,

    Thanks for the feedback and for the review. This issue has already been reported here and here.

    The Export feature is unavailable on mobile because I have not yet been able to get it working across mobile browsers. It’s on my list, but it is proving difficult and will require development time.

    Cheers,

    Joe

    Hi,
    with adding the feature to upload GPX tracks you can create a download link to refer to this file instead. See second link provided by Joe. Working on my side already.

    Hi @andreasrns,

    Yes, with the Settings > Misc. > Editor Options > Media Library Uploads feature enabled you can grab an link to the file that was imported from the Media Library. However this does not represent any changes that were made to the Map in Waymark.

    @nhathaway / @andreasrns,

    I have released a new development version of the plugin which enables Map Exports on mobile. Please find more details here and feel free to update this thread with your findings.

    Cheers,

    Joe
