GPT – OpenAI – Rest No Route

    1. I added the api-key from openAI.
    2. Go to a Glossary Term site
    3. And click at “Generate Term’s content
    4. Get 404 Error:

    Error with the ChatGPT request!

    {“code”:”rest_no_route”,”message”:”There was no route found, which mathces the URLand the request-method”,”data”:{“state”:404}}

    The error is translated from German into English.

    Maybe you can help me ??

    apologies for the delayed response:) what do you mean with permalink enabled? The permalink structure is blogname eg: “https://shop.xplus1.de/beispielbeitrag/“

    Ok, do you have some security plugins that disables the Rest endpoints?
    Because the error you reported means some issues on the rest endpoints as the one registered by the plugin are not available.

    Getting the same issue, while not seing to have this blocked by security settings

    I am not able to give more information as I need an access to a website with that issue but we give this kind of support only for premium customers and I don’t have issue reported by them for this issue.

    Permalink is the wordpress feature that rewrite the URL, if it is turned on the endpoint it is reachable (if the rest endpoints aren’t blocked by a security plugin).
