Gpay and apple pay not showing

I have activated the payment request buttons in my Stripe settings. I’m facing difficulty getting Google Pay to display on my Chrome browser. I’ve reviewed various forums and the page’s console, but I’m seeking assistance to troubleshoot and make these payment options functional. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to try with activating a default WordPress theme, like TT3, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

In case the issue persists, when trying with the TT3 theme, I’d recommend performing a conflict test to rule out plugin interference.

If the problem persists still, try removing the domain from the Stripe dashboard and re-adding it:

1. Go to Apple Pay management in Stripe dashboard.
2. Remove the existing Apple Pay domain.
3. Add it again inside the dashboard.

I went ahead with visiting the site again, and I’m afraid none of the Express payment options was displayed still.

Just to clarify, did you already have a change to follow the steps I shared in my previous message here, or otherwise?

Furthermore, can you please share a screenshot of what you see at WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe? That will help us understand the issue further. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

Also, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

While investigating the site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears that WooCommerce Stripe Gateway: by WooCommerce – 7.4.2 is currently active.

Could you go ahead with updating to the latest version available, for the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin, version 7.6.0 (directly linked here), along with temporarily activating the Storefront theme (linked here), and see if the issue persists, or otherwise, please?

the latest version updated of “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” plugin. Then temporarily activating the storefront theme on the website.

Then user by the product. The checkout page shows Google Pay on Android devices and Apply Pay shows on iOS devices.

But I want to the iPhone device show the Google Pay?

We have seen Google Pay/Apple Pay show on top of the billing form.

But we need to show Google Pay/Apple Pay on payment section. Please tell if this is possible?

For that, you need to browse the site utilizing the Chrome for iOS browser. Otherwise, when using mobile Safari on iPhone, Apple Pay will be made available.

From what I gather, your iOS device runs version 16, or later.

In order to troubleshoot why Apple Pay is not appearing in Safari, on iOS, while it does on other browsers, my recommendation would be to follow the steps linked here.

Once activated, and set up, Apple Pay and Google Pay will be available on both mobile and desktop.
