GPay and Apple Pay Buttons doesn’t show up

    Hello,

    I have some issue with GPay or Apple Pay buttons. And I think that is general issue, because I tryed on Android and IOS mobile phones. Problem is… If someone go to detail of the product from mobile phone and social sites (for example from FB messenger or Instagram), GPay or Apple pay buttons doesn’t show up. If someone is going to website from Google (for example from chrome mobile app) or using URL all is OK.

    This is bad behavier because for example a lot of people is going to website from directly from Instagram and they can’t pay with their GPay or Apple Pay!

    I tested this in Safari but could not replicate the issue. I first opened your Instagram profile, tapped the link in your bio, which led to your store. Then, opening a product, I see the Apple Pay button. Does that process not work for you?

    It shouldn’t really “matter” to WooCommerce and our Stripe extension how someone gets to your site. As long as they are there in a compatible browser, Google or Apple Pay should show up.

    Can you try this same process on another phone, perhaps a friend’s phone, and see if it works for them or not?

    Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

    If it works for you, so it sounds good… I tested today morning on iPhone SE (Safari)…

    I have Google pixle… As I wrote you.. If I am going to detail of a product fro IG and FB button is gone… If I going directly via URL, button is there…

    Now I tryed again on my Pixel phone and it is the same as I wrote you… I went to website from FB messenger — button did not show up…

    Hi @foltera – do you happen to have an Instagram or Facebook page where we can see the product that links to your site?

    But @adamkheckler wrote that for him it works ok, so I dont know where could be a problem…
