GP & WPML – sync page laout changes across languages

    Hello GP fans,
    I’m using GP theme in combination with Beaver Builder and WPML. I made a page and then translated it – everything looks nice. But then when I want to modify the original language page’s layout (eg. change background color) the change is not synced with the other language versions. From what I learned from WPML forums this feature is more related to the theme and not the plugin. Any of you know if GP can support such layout changes across WPML language site versions – and if yes – how?

    Hmm that’s weird. Lots of users are using WPML and I haven’t heard this problem before.

    My test environment:
    – original (Polish) example page: https://securatest.stronazen.pl/wp/strona1/
    – translated (English) example page: https://securatest.stronazen.pl/wp/en/page/
    I played with the Multilingual Content Setup/System Fields options regarding Beaver Builder (setting Copy/Copy Once), but could not achieve a proper result – the page either didn’t sync or dissapeared at all.
    I can PM you the WP login credentials if you want to see for yourself…

    Sorry not quite sure what I’m looking at.

    The only difference I see is one page has title and the other one doesn’t.

    Also the contents are all from BB so if that’s the part you are having trouble with I would recommend checking with their support first.

    Let me know if I’m missing something ??

    Strange. Now it’s ok. But when I was doing it – changing the background color on the original language – the change didn’t sync (I cleared all caches, incl. browser). Perhaps it needed time to contemplate on it… I’ll do more testing and see what happens ??

    Sounds like a caching issue.
