GP: Infinite Scroll/more button caching issue

We have a list of our latest posts at onmsft.com/blog, set to “Infinite Scroll” and “use button to load more posts” (via Customizing>Layout>Blog). We use Cloudflare and Cloudflare APO https://blog.cloudflare.com/automatic-platform-optimizations-starting-with-wordpress/. We have /blog set to Bypass the cache in Cloudflare, however the posts beyond the “load more” are cached: clicking on load more (More Stories, in our case) does not load the next post in the list, but rather skips a number of posts. Clearing the Cloudflare cache resolves the issue.
I have reached out to Cloudflare, but is there a way to bypass the cache for the entire list? The url of the load more button is /blog#, but Cloudflare does not allow anchor tags to be cached.
