Goya Theme Error

  • Hello, we have installed the latest version of Goya Theme: (https://goya.everthemes.com/) and the latest version of WordPress and Woocommerce.

    The theme provider recommends the use of “WC Ajax Product Filters” but it doesn’t work the way we want, because the filters by size do not filter the atributes of stock available, so we prefer to use “Advanced AJAX Product Filters by BeRocket”, because we have used it in other stores and it works perfectly when filtering products with or without stock.

    But with the Goya theme, we have not been able to make it work, when the products appear, they do not load and their images are not visible, apparently it is an ajax theme, because if F5 is given to refresh the page, if it loads correctly . We ask you to help us to review what the error may be.

    We have tried the advanced options of “Incompatibility Fixes” but none seem to have any effect.

    Hello,

    The issue with images is lazy-load. You need to turn off lazy-load for the products and it will be working.

    Other way to fix the issue (and have lazy-load) – ask your theme developer for the Javascript code to re-initialize the lazy-load script after products are loaded with ajax. This script you can add to our plugin settings page tab Javascript field After Update.
