• So I signed up for this plugin during beta, went to a paying account and today got this big red notice on the front page of my site that it was disabled because my bill was past due.

Hah! My invoice is due on 3/23/2013…ten days from now. I always pay it on the 20th of the month when I pay my other hosting bills. One of the things I have learned is to keep a separate bank account and debit card for my hosting and site expenses, and to put just enough money in once a month to pay the bills. I hate auto billing because I like to know what I am paying.

So now, these folks are auto billing me and automatically shutting off my services (which they did not do in the past)ten days before due date on invoice?

There is not one single place on the oneall site to cancel an account, and this is exactly why I don’t mingle hosting and service fees on my regular debit and credit cards. Amazing. My cc processor and bank require detailed contact info and how to cancel an account in the terms of service.

    You Suck Oneall…
