got wordpress working in root directory, lost admin access?

Hey folks-

So I finally got wordpress working in my root directory, if you go to drjohnkiel.com you’ll see the site. Formatting is still screwed up but whatever…

Anyway, I can’t access the admin panel anymore.

Previously it was drjohnkiel.com/wp/wp_admin but this is not working anymore. Does anyone know why and how I can fix it?
