Got White Screen of Death after running recent Client Dash update

    I updated client dash this afternoon and immediately our admin/public pages were replaced by blank white screens of death. I disabled client dash plugin via FTP (changed directory to “client-dash.old” and the problem is gone, however, I use Client Dash to create a limited employee dashboard area that needs to work. Help!

  • Crashed a client server (500 error) as well. Removing Client Dash fixed error.

    Thanks for alerting us to this issue! It seems something must have gone awry while we pushed the update. I see what the problem is and I’ll be fixing it ASAP.

    I have updated the files available for the v2.1.2 update. If you re-install Client Dash the White Screen of Death will go away.

    Some required files did not get sent up by SVN and since they appeared in our Git repo and they existed in all our test environments, we did not experience this same behavior.
