Got white screen

    Hi there,

    Could you try turning on WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file? That should show the actual error that’s occurring when you get the white screen.

    Alternatively you could check your hosts PHP error logs around the time you got the white screen. There should be an error there as well.

    Once I know what the error is I can probably help you out.

    I have got this error

    Hi Samir,

    I actually have seen this problem before and it only occurred on the local installation of WordPress (I’m assuming you have this on your local machine as well, due to the C:\Sites path).

    Unfortunately we weren’t able to figure out what was causing this, but it seemed to be related to some kind of configuration issue of the localhost, because the error didn’t show up on a web host.

    Could you try the plugin on a web host and see if it works for you there?
