Got suspended instantly

    I have just connected creative email to WP and soonest I logged in it saying “There is an issue with your account. In order to resolve this issue please call our support team at +1 844-217-8756 and press 5 on your keypad.”
    What’s wrong? I just got connected with creative email and wp together. But I don’t know what’s wrong or what happened account get suspended, even I couldn’t receive email to verify the account. Can you look through it? Thank you

    Hi,

    We are sorry to hear that your account got suspended. In order to prevent abuse of our systems we have an automated processes in place that checks new signups. When the system isn’t sure, the account get’s flagged for review and we ask the customer to reach out to our compliance team to resolve the issue.
