Got Notification from Google – Invalid usage of AMP tags

I got message on Google Search Console
Google systems have detected that some of your AMP pages do not meet our guidelines; therefore these pages are not eligible for AMP-related features in Google Search. The Accelerated Mobile Pages report lists some of these pages.
Invalid usage of AMP tags (Critical)
Please help me !!!

Two Days Before – Number of critical page is 273 and Indexed page is 0.
After getting message from Search Console, I deactivate AMP plugin and then reactivate it.
Now, Critical Page is 100 and Indexed Page is 253.
Please help me, how to solve this issue…!!!
