• I submitted the feed and it got my account suspended. I had to delete all the products in Merchant Center and start over with an XML product feed. Wow. Stay away.

    I’m sorry to hear that the Google team after reviewing your products suspended your Google Merchant account from displaying those. For reference, the Google Listings & Ads plugin does not contribute to any possible Google Merchant Centre product policy violations.

    After your site’s products are submitted, the Google team review those; it would then be Google themselves that suspended your account for some reason, possibly a policy violation. You can read more about policy violations and account suspensions from this page of the Google Support documentation.

    If the Google team were to suspend an account, you’d receive a series of emails from Google containing all of the relevant information related to Shopping ads policies detected along with their reasons for the account suspension.

    The document from Google also contains a section on how to request that Google review your submitted products after you’ve resolved the issues Google highlighted as contributing towards their policy violations.
