  • Hey,

I’m not sure if it is related, but I’ve had issues setting up my account as well, what I tried (and what worked) is going to the settings page of the plugin, and click “unlink” or “reset”. That will basically reset the plugin to its factory defaults, and it should allow you to start over again. If you already got past account creation, make sure to click the “login” link on the signup screen to re-use that account again.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like you had an error while trying to use either the Google or Facebook signup buttons. Could you try again using the steps as described by @matthijsk in this topic?

If that does not work, please let us know and we will open up a support ticket on your behalf to further troubleshoot this issue.
