I use Cloudflare. This plugin worked for me with default settings. In Chrome dev tools initiator is Push / Other (after clearing cache of course), unlike in Cloudflare plugin which is bloatware and requires web research and FTP file manipulation to set up and even then server push sometimes works and usually doesn’t.
