    Hi, we have an issue with the google tag and I don’t know how to set this up.

    The advertising company is telling me that these values should contain the product ID or SKU but they seem to be empty for some reason… can you please help?

    The plugin only supports the ‘retail’ vertical and not the ‘custom’ one.

    Thank you for the reply, I don’t really understand this. Can you please explain how is this an issue? Also is there any way we can “fix” this?

    Simply said: The plugin was not made for your uncommon case.

    The plugin was made for shops that connect their Google Merchant Center and run Google Shopping ads and dynamic remarketing ads for those products in the Google Merchant Center.

    Also is there any way we can “fix” this?

    I haven’t looked into your use case closely, but I believe either an adaption of our plugin or a new plugin could address your use case. But since this is an uncommon case it is out of the scope of our free plugin. Therefore you would have to hire us to create this. If you are interested send us an email to: [email protected]
