Goolge Recaptcha not working

I’m afraid I do not see reCAPTCHA enabled on the mentioned URL at the moment. If you disabled the same due to users visiting your site, Can you please create a separate test form with reCAPTCHA enabled in the same and help me with the test form?

I see that you are using V2 re-captcha and after submission, there is an error:
reCAPTCHA verification failed. Please try again.

The re-captcha is not shown on the form though, and I see the actual re-captcha’s iframe is not loading in a page source.

Please run a test for a conflict with another plugin on your site and with your current theme, as this can be caused by some sort of conflict.

To run the test, please deactivate all plugins, besides the Forminantor and see if the issue is still there:
– If the Recaptcha will not be shown, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwenthTwenty to check for a conflict with the theme
– If it is loading, start activating one plugin at a time till the issue will be back.

Please have a site’s backup before running this test, so you could restore your site if something will go wrong. It is better to do it on a staging site

I’ve visited the site and I think there might be a different issue (based on errors in console).

Could you try one more thing, please?

1. Disable Rocket Loader in CloudFlare settings

Then clear all cache on site and check if it helps. If it still doesn’t help

2. disable JS and CSS optimization options in SG Optimizer and again clear cache on site

Then see if the captcha shows up. THere are some JS related errors in the console and some CSS is kind of “masked” due to that optimization. Temporarily disabling it (both Rocket Loader in CloudFlare and SG Optimizer optimization) might point us in a right direction if it turns out it’s working after that.
