  • Hello @zoeyisyoung

    Hope you are doing well!

I’ve tested the integration on my test site and all is well. This can happen if the Google Sheets API is not enabled. Please edit the Google project, go to Library and make sure to enable Google Sheets API.

    Please see screesnhot:

If the issue still there, please try recreating new Client ID and Client Secret.

Let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

I am having the same issue and both of mine are showing enabled

    Hello @msinfoblog

I hope you are doing well!

Thank you for posting in this thread, however, please create a new thread in our forums. This way, the author will not be getting email notifications each time when there is a new post in the thread.

Please try to recreate new API credentials and see if these will work. If the issue is persisting, please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin or theme.

Deactivate all other plugins, beside the Forminator and test if the data will be transferred to the Google Sheet. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

Follow the steps from the flowchart:

Have a good day and take care!

Hi Nastia, Google sheet API is enabled. I have tried disconnect and reconnect to new OAuth but it still won’t send data to the Google sheet. It does create the new sheet base on the integration section on Forms so I am not sure how why pushing data over is a problem?

    Hello @zoeyisyoung

    I trust you’re doing well today! ??

I also tested this integration and works well in my end.
As this could be happening due to some conflict, could you please proceed with a conflict test? First, create a recent backup in case you lose any settings during the test and have to restore to a previous working state.
Then deactivate all plugins and MU-plugins apart from Forminator, activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen, clear all caches and check again if the issue is still there. If not, it means that something is conflicting, so start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking every time for the reported issue, until you reproduce the issue, thus finding the conflicted combination. The following flowchart image can assist you during this test: https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif
If this is a live website with traffic, I’d rather advise to create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this installation into another location/folder in the same server, using a separate database, and perform the test in there instead without worrying about the live site.

    Warm regards,

Dimitris, I have tried everything. Deactivate everything else. What I noted is

    1. Googlesheet integration via FORM creation process knows how to create a new worksheet. So clearly it can access to my drive and has the access right to create the new sheet.

    2. Interestingly enough, after the new sheet got created in the FORM creation process, I added the shortcode to a new test page and testing it produces absolutely NO result. I.e. using the default FORM fields and everything set to default, the form info never got submitted, no successful submission message and Forminator dashboard shows no submission.
    3. adding shortcode for the Quiz on a new page. New submission works while no Googlesheet data at all. Doesn’t matter how many time I disconnect and reconnect the integration setting.

    Any advice?

    Hello @zoeyisyoung

    Hope you are doing well!

I apologize for the late reply. I’ve tested this from my end and can’t replicate this issue. Please email us directly to [email protected], so we could troubleshoot this issue further, include as subject “ATTN:Nastia” and a link to this thread.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Kind regards,
