googles webmasters verification code

  • Hi wordpress team,

    I’ve read a few posts about how to upload googles webmasters verification file for submission of my XML sitemap. All the time people tell about upload it via FTP to your domains root folder. OK I have Filezilla installed and I can see all the files on the right site belonging to my website (www.musicarrangerspage.com) But were is the root folder?
    I’m a new here. I can see all these other files (cpanel, fantastico, etc)
    Is the root folder the first folder with the two dots?
