Googled banned and AVG threat.

I recently went out to one of the blogs I was managing and found google had blocked it as a potential threat site. I went through everything with a fine tooth comb and did not find anything. Well to be on the safe side I deleted all the files absolutely everything on that particular server. Well googles is still blocking it. So I registered with google and they are supposed to check the site and make sure its clean. In the meantime I downloaded 2.7.1 and started fresh with a new mysql datatbase and everything. Well if I go to the site with Mozilla google blocks it if I go with IE7 AVG pops up a thing on EVERY SINGLE page saying it has deteected a “THREAT” and warns of malicious code on every page. And not only that the install isn’t working. Anyone have a clue as to why everything thinks wordpress is a threat?
