GoogleCloud Console instructions?

    Does anyone have the instructions on how to set this up using the new GoogleCloud Console? The old Google API COnsole loads, but then auto forwards to the new Google Cloud Console and I cannot figure out how to get this working!!! Any suggestions??

    This is the first solution I need to implement using the Google Cloud Console – and of course Google didn’t provide any instructions.
